Refunds

Mac App Store refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. You can request one within 14 days of purchase at reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple decides based on their standard policy. If something is genuinely broken and Apple’s process hasn’t helped, email me and I’ll do what I can on my end.
